PLEASE REVIEW THESE OFFICIAL RULES BEFORE PURCHASING A DECODED FOUR DIGITAL TICKET. PAYMENT OF AN ENTRY FEE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL, AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

By purchasing a Decoded Four Digital Ticket (“Competition”), you agree to be bound by these Official Rules, which constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Participant”) and Decoded Four (“Sponsor”). Decoded Four, along with any companies hosting or promoting the Competition, including their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, officers, directors, shareholders, employees, and agents, are collectively referred to herein as the “Competition Entities.”

These Official Rules apply solely to Decoded Four and no other competition or promotion.

ELIGIBILITY

Decoded Four is open only to legal residents of the United States, excluding residents of Florida, Arizona, Tennessee, Maryland, South Carolina, Louisiana, Connecticut, Iowa, Arkansas, Delaware, Montana, South Dakota, Vermont, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and all other U.S. territories and possessions.

Participants must:

  • Be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry;
  • Be physically located within an eligible U.S. state during participation in the Competition.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies associated with Decoded Four, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members, are not eligible to participate.

This Competition is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, and is void where prohibited by law.

By entering this Competition, each Participant agrees to release and hold harmless Decoded Four and all Competition Entities from any and all liability, injury, loss, damage, claim, action, or cause of action arising out of participation in the Competition or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize awarded.

Decoded Four reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any Participant or winner at any time.

HOW TO ENTER

Participants who meet the eligibility requirements must visit:

and only the official website to purchase a Decoded Four Digital Ticket.

The Entry Period begins on 05/25/2026 at 12:00 A.M. EDT and ends on 06/04/2026 at 12:00 A.M. EDT for the competition taking place on 06/05/2026 at 9:00 P.M. EDT. Decoded Four reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not join the official Google Classroom by 9:10 P.M. EDT.

Limit:

  • One (1) entry per person;
  • One (1) entry per email address;
  • One (1) entry per household.

No Participant may collaborate with any other person. Each Digital Ticket may only be used by a single individual participant.

Any attempt to obtain additional entries through multiple email addresses, identities, accounts, or other methods will result in disqualification of all associated entries without refund.

Decoded Four reserves the right to disqualify any Participant found:

  • Providing false information;
  • Violating these Official Rules;
  • Attempting to manipulate or interfere with the Competition.

No refunds will be issued to disqualified Participants.

By entering, Participants release Decoded Four, its affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from participation in the Competition or acceptance/use of any prize, including travel-related expenses.

Upon successful purchase of a Decoded Four Digital Ticket, the Participant is officially entered into the Competition. Once entered no refund will be given.

HOW TO PLAY

Each Participant must have:

  • Internet access;
  • A valid email account;
  • A Google account capable of accessing Google Classroom and/or Google Meet.

Decoded Four will send Participants a link to join the official Google Classroom on the date of the Competition.

The host will upload a word-search puzzle containing a list of twenty (20) possible words; however, only four (4) words will actually appear in the puzzle.

The first Participant to correctly identify and comment all four hidden words wins the prize.

Rules of Play:

  • Participants only receive one (1) opportunity to submit an answer.
  • Any incorrect spelling or incorrect word submission will result in automatic disqualification.
  • Participants may not post unrelated comments or messages in the chat without authorization from Decoded Four.
  • Collaboration between Participants is strictly prohibited.

Decoded Four reserves the right to disqualify any Participant for cheating, collaboration, disruptive behavior, rule violations, or any conduct deemed inappropriate by Decoded Four. No refunds will be issued to disqualified Participants.

Participants acknowledge and agree that Decoded Four is not responsible for:

  • Internet interruptions;
  • Streaming delays;
  • Technical failures;
  • Platform outages;
  • Lag or latency issues;
  • Service interruptions beyond its reasonable control.
PRIZES / WINNER REQUIREMENTS

Two (2) prizes will be awarded:

Round 1 Prize

2009 Kia Optima
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $5,500

Round 2 Prize

2008 Nissan Sentra
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $3,500

Decoded Four reserves the right to substitute a prize vehicle with one of lesser, equal, or greater value if a minimum of 2,000 entrants is not reached. 

The odds of winning will be a max of 1 out 2000.

Potential winners may be required to complete and return:

  • An Affidavit of Eligibility;
  • Liability/Publicity Release;
  • IRS Form W-9;
  • Any additional documents requested by Decoded Four.

Required documents must be returned within seven (7) days of notification or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

Potential winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance.

Prize winners must provide:

  • A valid driver’s license;
  • Proof of insurance if required by their state;
  • Any legally required documentation.

Winners are solely responsible for:

  • Registration fees;
  • Taxes;
  • Title fees;
  • Insurance;
  • Transportation costs unless otherwise stated by Decoded Four.

Prizes are awarded “AS IS” with no guarantees or warranties except those expressly provided by law.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless authorized by Decoded Four.

GENERAL RULES OF PARTICIPATION

By participating, each Participant agrees:

  • To comply with these Official Rules;
  • That all decisions made by Decoded Four are final and binding;
  • To release Decoded Four and all Competition Entities from liability related to participation or prize use.

Decoded Four reserves the right to:

  • Cancel;
  • Modify;
  • Suspend;
  • Reschedule;
  • Terminate the Competition

if technical failures, fraud, tampering, unauthorized intervention, viruses, or any other cause impairs the integrity or proper operation of the Competition.

Notification of any such action may be posted on the official website and/or sent via email.

Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Competition may violate criminal and civil laws. Decoded Four reserves the right to seek damages and legal remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

DISPUTES

All disputes related to this Competition shall be resolved individually and exclusively in the appropriate courts located within the State of Georgia.

Participants waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits against Decoded Four.

These Official Rules shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

PRIVACY

Personal information collected in connection with this Competition will be used solely for:

  1. Administering the Competition; and
  2. Sending promotional or marketing materials related to Decoded Four.

Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

Participant information will not be sold to third parties except as required by law or as necessary for administration of the Competition.

PUBLICITY RELEASE

By participating in Decoded Four, each Participant grants Decoded Four the right to use their:

  • Name;
  • Photograph;
  • Voice;
  • Likeness;
  • City and state of residence;
  • Statements related to the Competition

for promotional, advertising, marketing, and publicity purposes in any media format now known or later developed, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
